"Fistgate" and the latest lawsuit to attempt to silence us from exposing it
The homosexual movement continues to use whatever methods it can to "punish" and destroy anyone who gets in its way, and to intimidate anyone else from exposing their activities with children.
How disgusting is this? Click here for the Mass News article describing how depraved this "Fistgate" conference was. You will see why the homosexual movement will do anything to keep us from talking about what they do with children when the doors are closed.

"I don't know that we would have done anything differently. We didn't feel like we had to hide our work. We didn't feel like we hade done anything wrong."
Margot Abels, quoted in homosexual newspaper Bay Windows 4/19/06
On Monday, July 10, the trial is scheduled to begin against Brian Camenker, Scott Whiteman, and Parents Rights Coalition in the lawsuit being brought against them by Margot Abels, lesbian activist and former state employee who was fired for her involvement in that workshop where children were taught about hard-core homosexual sex.
Abels is claiming that her "free speech rights" were violated and says she is seeking "injunctive relief, compensatory damages including damages for emotional distress," as well as attorneys' fees.
The American Family Association Center for Law and Policy has taken the case free of charge. AFA attorneys Stephen Crampton and Michael DePrimo were in Boston on April 4th for the preliminary hearing. In addition, Michael Williams of the Center for Constitutional Law is representing Scott Whiteman.

At the hearing, Abels' lawyer reiterated that one of her objectives is to keep Camenker, Whiteman, and PRC from being able to disseminate information to anyone about this incident. Abels' lawyer had previously personally indicated to Camenker that she intended to get as much money from as possible, and even asked him questions such as, "What are your assets?" and "Do you own a house?"
The judge also set June 6 for a final preliminary hearing, to discuss witnesses and other issues pertaining to the trial.
"This is an incredible miscarriage of justice, and the law they are using is clearly unconstitutional," said Crampton. "We will appeal this case until we obtain justice, up to and including the US Supreme Court."
Resurrecting a dormant 6-year-old lawsuit.
The homosexual movement is resurrecting a dormant 6-year-old lawsuit in an attempt to use the courts to impose huge fines against Brian Camenker, Scott Whiteman, and Parents Rights Coalition for alleged "damages", claiming that they violated an obscure state "wiretapping" law by taping the sessions from a taxpayer funded education conference and allowing the public to hear the tape.
Gay activists are stinging from our recent revelations of their sordid activities in the public schools with children -- including the Little Black Book: Queer in the 21st Century, transgender workshops, the Day of Silence, "coming-out" workshops with homosexual school counselors, the arrest of concerned father David Parker, etc. And they are determined to punish us and stop us.
The lawsuit involves what has become known as "Fistgate", a statewide conference back in March, 2000, put on jointly by the Massachusetts Department of Education and the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network (GLSEN). Hosted at Tufts University, it was run by state employees and public school educators. Children as young as 12 were bussed in from schools across Massachusetts to participate. The public was also invited. Scott Whiteman, then executive director of Parents' Rights Coalition (and a parent) attended two of the workshops. Margot Abels, who is the plaintiff in the lawsuit, and two other state employees were fired over their involvement in those workshops.
What Scott Whiteman saw and heard was beyond belief. Public employees were teaching children about (and suggesting they try) the most depraved and disgusting homosexual sex acts imaginable. Luckily, Whiteman had a tape recorder with him, or the public never would have known the sickening truth. Even so, people who have listened to his tape have become physically ill.
The tape caused outrage across the country. It was reported in local and national media (particularly on the Fox network), was played on talk radio stations, and has even been written about in books by Bill Bennett, Sean Hannity, Alan Sears, and others. Alan Keyes came to the Massachusetts State House and gave a fiery speech denouncing it and the public funding behind it.
In the complaint, Abels is claiming that her "free speech rights" were violated! She says she is seeking "injunctive relief, compensatory damages including damages for emotional distreess" as well as attorneys fees.
"This is unquestionably a move to "punish" us and intimidate everyone else, using the Massachusetts court system," said Brian Camenker. "When I spoke with [her lawyer] last November she point-blank asked me: 'What assets do you have? Do you own a house?' She said that she intends to get as much money from us as she can."
"We believe that the wiretap statute is unconstitutional," said Steve Crampton, of the American Family Association Center for Law & Policy, which has taken the case for Camenker and PRC free of charge. "We will vigorously defend this lawsuit, even through appeal if necessary."
This is the SECOND "Fistgate" lawsuit by gays against us!
This is the second lawsuit filed against us. In April 2000, when GLSEN found out that a tape existed, they sent us a letter threatening to seek civil and criminal action against us unless we destroyed it. We refused.
In May 2000, soon after the tapes were played in the media, the Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD), a Boston-based homosexual legal group, filed a similar lawsuit against Camenker, Whiteman, and PRC. GLAD is the group that won the Goodridge same-sex marriage case in 2003. They are also partially funded from public money.
On May 25, 2000, Parents' Rights Coalition had prepared to distribute the tape at a rally at the State House. But GLAD persuaded a Superior Court judge, Allan van Gestel, to sign an injunction preventing anyone (even members of the Legislature!) from passing out or even hearing the tape. A week later, Fox News in New York persuaded van Gestel to allow the media (but not Camenker, Whiteman, or PRC) to distribute and play the tape.
Also in May 2000, Abels two other adult participants were fired by Education Commissioner David Driscoll. On November 27, 2000, Abels filed her suit separately from GLAD. But in August, 2001, Abels used the gay-friendly Service Employees International Union to persuade an arbitrator to reverse the firing and award her back pay. It's estimated that she received over $30,000 from the State of Massachusetts. She did not return to her state job, though, and now works as a health coordinator for Tufts University -- the same institution that hosted the "Fistgate" conference. Since then -- until now -- the Abels case has essentially been dormant.
But the GLAD lawsuit against Camenker, Whiteman, and PRC lasted for over five years, and cost tens of thousands of dollars (much of which is still owed). The homosexual group was extremely aggressive, and their goal was to bankrupt us. They put us through a great deal of trauma, including all-day depositions, and kept winning in court. They even won a summary judgment against us.
Victory against GLAD! But we wouldn't give up, and in March 2005, GLAD appeared to have had enough, and agreed to a settlement -- completely on our terms -- including a complete lifting of the restraining order Camenker and PRC! (However, Scott Whiteman, who now lives out of state, is still restricted from distributing the tape.)

But now the Abels case has resurrected itself, using a different legal team, but with the same aim to destroy us and instill fear in anyone else who dares to expose the ugly truth.
This is part of the strategy of the homosexual movement: to use the courts -- or any method possible -- to intimidate, harass, and destroy anyone who gets in their way, and particularly anyone who exposes what they do with children. We are not about to back down!!
